Welcome to SeaBreeze! This penthouse, features over 2400sqft of luxury, mixed with endless fun! The professionally decorated condo boasts soaring ceilings, brand-new, high-end furnishings, stocked kitchen, games and game tables, 900sqft private terrace, deeded boat dock, resort style pool and hot tub and so much more!

We are just a few short miles from the beach, 1/2 mile from the European Village and surrounded by a 125 mile trail system. It's a natures lovers paradise!

At SeaBreeze you have all the comforts of a modern resort without the crowds and noise. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the private 900 sq ft deck is peaceful and relaxing with it's cozy outdoor furniture and cafe lighting overhead, and when your day is over, the ultra-soft bedding is as inviting as can be. You will feel right at home here!

The large master bedroom with en-suite bath features a king sized bed, separate shower and a deep soaker tub, TV, dual sinks, and direct access to your private sun deck. Sink into the luxurious bed at the end of a long day and let everything else just melt away.

The remaining two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the house, have queen sized beds, walk-in closets and share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.

Then just through the entryway is the large kitchen with ample counter space and walk-in pantry. Stainless steel appliances and granite counters make it not only inviting but functional too. It is stocked with everything from a Ninja Air Fryer and Blender, a high-end ice cream maker, to everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen and then some.

The living room features an ultra-soft and cozy, over-sized couch, custom made furniture, and 82" LED Smart TV. Feel free to log onto your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+ or other streaming service to enjoy your favorite movies.

High speed internet access and a dedicated desk are there for those who need to get some work done while they are relaxing. Just bring your laptop and sign-in to the high speed internet.

Your high-end, hi-top, dining room table was custom made for SeaBreeze . It's a beautiful piece. When you aren't eating there you might find it to be a great place for board games or a puzzle.

The eight foot slate pool table finishes out the living area perfectly for anyone who likes to shoot a game.

Directly adjacent to the living/dining area are two sets of French doors that lead you to the private 900 sq ft deck. There you can spend the day gently swaying back and forth on the hammock in the sun, lounge on the sun loungers, or kick back on the couch under the over-sized sun umbrella with a good book. There is also a picnic table and chairs out there for outdoor eating or just an afternoon game of cards. Above this large terrace hang cafe lights and below is the resort style pool and hot tub. This truly is a wonderful private oasis!

You will be living in style in this luxury penthouse condo!

The entire condominium is yours (other than one owners closet) to enjoy and relax in. Your penthouse is separated by a 30' gap from your nearest neighbor so noise is never an issue.

Located on the top floor, there is an elevator to get you and your groceries up and down, or stairs if you feel the need to get your steps in.

The gated swimming pool and hot tub area is available daily for your use and you will often have it to yourself. There are lounge chairs, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Key to the pool is located in the condominium.

Parking for you and one guest is under the building. One reserved and another first come space.

Direct access to the canal on the back side of building three. You can feel free to fish from the shoreline between the bridge and the docks or you can just relax in the waterside gazebo and watch the boats go by.

SeaBreeze is only a two hour drive from my primary residence and we are in the Palm Coast area often. So if a need arises for me to be there in person I can usually make arrangements to be there in a day or two.

Proximity to the beach, 125 miles of paved paths for walking/running/biking and a pet friendly attitude make Palm Coast the hidden gem of Florida's East coast. With pristine large sandy beaches all up and down the Atlantic Ocean and miles Intracoastal Waterway to explore, Palm Coast, Florida is perfect for anyone who likes an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Beautiful parks, wild life, world class golf, tennis, pickle ball and restaurants galore are just a few of the reasons people flock to Palm Coast every year.

Walk, run, bike, boat or drive; Palm coast is easily accessible for everyone. Getting around is easy and parking is available anywhere there is a public beach.

Just a short half mile walk down the sidewalk is the European Village, a European style resort with restaurants, bars, weekly live music and shopping. They also host a Farmers Market on the weekends and hold many special events.

Dining in the Palm Coast has something for everyone. There are authentic Italian restaurants, fresh seafood restaurants, delicious European bakeries, BBQ joints and some of the coldest ice cream around.

Jungle Hunt beach is just a 2.5 mile drive or bike ride away and you will find miles of sand. This is one of the few remaining uncrowded beaches left in Florida. You may even find yourself at sunrise with this beautiful beach all to yourself. It's amazing!

Palm Coast boasts over a dozen courses including a famed Jack Nicklaus designed ocean course within few short miles away, so bring your clubs with you.

With both Atlantic and intracoastal beaches, there are enough beaches for you to explore a new one every day. Why not rent Kayaks (right next to condo) and search for the many dolphins that call this area home.

Take A Drive 20 minutes North to visit historic Saint Augustine for a day of exploring the oldest city in America or head south 30 minutes to visit the "Worlds Most Famous Beach", Daytona Beach.

Or simply stay in the nature lovers paradise that is Palm Coast. Spend your time biking the trails, boating the waterways, playing at the numerous parks, sunbathing at the beach, or simply swaying on the hammock on your own terrace. You are never going to want to leave this incredible place!
